EXTRA LIFE 2015

Starting at 8 AM on November 7, I will be putting myself through 24 hours of public livestreamed gaming insanity for your entertainment. You can sponsor my plight with the button to your left. Your contributions will be going to support Boston Children's Hospital.

What's in it for me? You're going to be streaming this anyway.

What you get is the satisfaction of knowing you've helped some kids. But since I want this to be an interactive experience for all of us, here's some other things that might happen:

• Anyone who donates a dollar or more can tell me to switch games for 15 minutes. I will be starting with the classic Playstation RPG Xenogears, but if a donator asks me, they can choose from Maniac Mansion (SNES), Me And My Katamari (PSP), or Goat Simulator (Android).
• Anyone who donates $5 or more can tell me to switch games, or pick one in-game character and insist that I read their dialogue in a funny voice. (I reserve the right to veto any voice based on appropriateness, my physical comfort level, or my lack of familiarity with it.) Want me to read Fei like Yoda? sure! Think Bart would sound better as Rocky? Okay!
• Sleep deprivation makes me weird and spontaneous. Neither you nor I can possibly know the ways in which I might show gratitude.
